Title: AC fans working all the time

Hi i have problem whit my AC fans!!! When im start my car AC fans work all the time. Heating control is on HI. I change the HBV. any help please

heating console is on HI.

no only show Hi wher tu blow and fan speed

If "ECO" is illuminated then aircon is OFF
If "ECO" is not illuminated then aircon is ON  ;)
