How sexy yet tasteful at the same time?

Yep - I had a '73 Ghia metallic green one of these (with a manual box) in the early 70s - good comfortable motor - cruise all day at 100mph+
Bought this when my TR6 was becoming difficult for family needs (fitting wife + 2 kids in car seats + "baggage" in boot & on boot rack often took longer than journey!)
Granada was easy - chuck wife + 2 kids in, baggage into boot - 5 minutes. ;)
Highly underestimated car - plus autochokes always worked fine on mine. Only issues inlet manifold gasket died @ 40K, and original exhaust had to be cut off as fitted before rear subframe by factory!

There are many words to describe an old Granny.. sexy isn't one that I'd pick, though!

And to think years ago my brother in law would pay up to £50 for one to banger race :'( :'(

I dont think its a sexy car.
I would call it a strong car and a mans car not a little boys car
The sweeny todd used these cars as the professionals did
fast car in its time.
