Just a general query. If you`ve got no cash, is there any financial assistance/grant available to cover the court fees :-\

The county court fee's are means tested  (if your on the dole, you pay nothing) but you will still have to find iirc around 700 quid for the rest of it  :(

Not sure about help paying court fees.
Perhaps get in touch with Consumer Credit Counselling Service they should be able to tell you.  Depends how much you owe, you may qualify for Debt Relief Order instead of full blown bankrupty. Fees for Debt Relief Order about £90.00 and I think is payable in instalments.
