I've been out and about this afternoon in the Pug 407 2.0ltr HDi that I previously posted about, and I've found out that when the car has been turned off for a while, it will perform as it should for a bit then it will suddenly lose most of its power.
So if it goes gutless I've pulled in and turned off, waited for all the electronics to shut down and then it will be fine for abit. A couple of times this afternoon I've started up and driven hard up a dual carriageway and suddenly it loses power, I think to the turbo and then I'm chugging!!! ::)
It goes really well until this happens and there are no warning lights or messages, apart from the tyre pressures not being monitored which comes up at start up and a message about the speed limiter system being faulty which only comes up when I fiddle with the controls for that!
So I'm wondering if it's a sensor playing up somewhere? :-\
