dont ask why.....
i was out in a little civic 1.5 the other night and it was fun :D
nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing, VTEC YO! lol
was suprisingly fast for 120bhp if that?
it had coilovers which helped and it doesnt weigh much but even in the 1.6 vti's they make 158bhp ;D or the 1.5 Esi is 130ish
anyone fancy my elite? lol!!!

have seen on an old vtec turning 400 hp on dyno.. dont know how ?
but I doubt front steering members can cope with that power or engine cooling will be adequate on a longer run.. :-\

Well I'm not $%^&* doing another strip down of a Mig, twice was enough for me, so it won't be me that's for sure ::) ;D

lol id rather sell my mig whole, im not sure if it'll be manual or auto though.... depends if theres enough interest in a manual 3.2 thats not ex plod lol

come on then...who supports me getting some 9000rpm vtecness? dont worry, its not 9000rpm as standard lol only 8000rpm or something :P
1.6 with 158bhp :D ...ok no torque... plenty of bolt on mods though ;)

Me for one. The older Accord Type Rs (I think) were bloody awesome cars.

I like S2000's.

I still have my 1.6 VTI Vtech Civic saloon in my garage. No frills car, not even fog lights or dashlight dimmer, but what an engine. Drove mine for six years trouble free apart from exhaust replacement. Managed to get 140 mph out of it one evening on the Newmarket to Bury St Edmonds road on my way down to Southwold. Havn`t used it for the last 3 years but loathed to get rid.

Only ever driven one Honda vtec, but it was pretty good, I have to admit - it was even six-cylinder, so no four-pot drone to put up with.
It's probably possible to build a vtec-powererd Omega, but in the end, you're going to suffer from a lack of displacement. Remember, there ain't no substitute for cubes.
Actually, on that subject - I have seven cars currently in the courtyard and the total displacement is 33.4 litres
