i need the whole front part with flex as it really unlikely it will last more than a few months at the most...

If it`s just the flexi blowing on your downpipe this is all you need, have the old one cut out and the new welded in. Genuine front pipe is stupid money from VX

Do not fit pattern cats!
Find someone who is good at cutting/welding to replace the flexi section :y
-
I got the whole front section (downpipes & 2 cats up until the rear box) for about £160 from EuroCarParts).
They seem to change their prices depending on how they are feeling, so just ring around a few different branches, and when you get quoted a price, ask if they can do anything for you... You will probably find each branch will quote you a way different price...
Slightly cheaper than Vx £1000 jobby... Sounds the same, are certified, and guaranteed for 2 or 3 years.. cant remember exactly...
Don't bother welding the flexi... You cant get a decent seam and it will be a temp fix at best...

Your car should have 2 lambda`s, one screwed into the pipe before the pre-cat, the other after the main cat. When you fitted the new downpipe what did you do about the wiring harness that was connected to your original pre-cat lambda sensor :-\

You already have a cheap crap non gen cat fitted then, from bitter experience these dont last two minutes and often fail the emmisions test after a year or two.
I would pruchase the genuine one whilst you can.
