Title: crank sensor worries

car is 8 yr old. has covered only 42683 miles and is now on its 3rd crank sensor. is this normal.  :-/ :-/ :-/

Uncommon, but not beyond realms of possibility, esp if routed badly...

now routed as per "how to" in maintanence section. the last 1 was routed straight up side of block.
