Title: Who's going on holiday next week?
Post by: The Barge Captain on 01 April 2008, 22:29:59
Who else is off on a Sun newspaper holiday next week? (I assume everyone else's kids will also be on half term / end of term)

I'm taking the three kids to a caravan park at Dawlish sands on monday - On my own  ::)

Less  than 1 1/2 hours from home and at £15 a night, what could go wrong?

Winter to Return
Added : Mon 31 March : 11:03BST

A bit of a turnaround in the weather over the next week as we go from wet and windy to mild and sunny, then back to cold and snowy. Trust us, this could only happen in the UK.

I feel for you, but April is always uncertain weatherwise. Don't you know anyone with a garage (preferably heated)?

Metcheck now say:

"This weekend will see a sudden shift from milder conditions to an Arctic blast from the North. The shift will be so quick that many places will see maximum temperatures drop by 15°c from Friday to Sunday."

LOL. Too right, Kevin! You wouldn't accept a cold beer on a freezing day, would you?

....would you? ;D ;)

Of course not. You need a warm, dark beer. That's what Porter is brewed for. :y
