Hi All,
I replaced the thermostat in my omega v6 yesterday, which hopefully means it stays warm on the motorways now!
What a b-stard to do though, the car has done 156k miles and the connection pipe from the hose to the top of the thermostat just would not disengage!!
However, went to test drive it and when I put my foot down the emissions light came on, i've read the codes on paperclip test...
12,12,12
129,129,129
59,59,59
31,31,31
I disconnected the battery which removed the engine light and reconnected then drove it again, as soon as I put my foot down the emissions light came on again....
Have I forgotten to reconnect something/broken something?
Help much appreciated!!!
Thanks
Rob

Check rear multi-ram connector, (59) back of plenum passenger side, and check connector on #5 injector (29)

99 car? prefacelift?
The car doesn't have an emissions light, there's an Engine management Light though. Does sound as though you've forgotten to plug something in ........ easily done. :y :y
