My youngest has an interview next week for an aircraft engineering apprenticeship at British airways so was wondering if anyone can give some advice what to expect at the interview and what sort of things he should ask them also. Thanks

Shackeng is an engineer, Richie, but I think BA have retired their Shackletons!! ;) ;D
Seriously, though, I think he may be able to give some sound advice.
Good luck to Master Richie! :y

Not sure about civvy street but ask plenty of questions about the job.
Also on the list should be promotion prospects.
Don't make out you know much but make it clear you want to learn.
Don't talk too much about pay and conditions.
At the end of the interview, shake there hand and thank them for there time.
Oh, if there is a woman in there ............. DO NOT STARE AT HER TITS :D :D
Hope your lad does well :y

I think its rude and disgusting to stare at a woman's breast and im not the sort of person who does ::) ;D
thanks for the advice. :y

Possibly asking questions about length of training, format, how much time in classroom, how much time on aircraft, which aircraft, types of certificates awarded, extent of training programme - just show real interest in the training programme
