How difficult is it to get the assembly off once all is stripped down is a puller required or just brute force
-
I've found the hub (that contains the bearing) comes off reasonably easily from the stub axle...

Should almost drop off when nut is removed, there's nothing to get stuck. And never seen such rusted solid. If it is really stuck try levering it with a pry bar while firmly hammering it on outside edge :y

Thanks havnt tried yet just getting prepared

They just slide off, the shaft isn't tapered ;)

If the hub comes off on its own, leaving the inner part of the bearing on the stub axle, and it won't come oof with a little leverage. .. this works ... use a small angle grinder and cut a "slot" in the edge, then you can use a cold chisel or similar to knock it round whilst applying pressure from the back with a tyre lever. Once it starts to move it gets easier very quickly. :)
