where do i find serial number on radio no codes for radio checked on line asking for serial number /do i have to take the radio out ,help please

Yes, but a lot of the freebie online code generators produce incorrect codes.
What radio is it?

its a ccr2006 thats all that on the radio m8

If you haven`t got the carpass with all codes it`ll need bench de-coding, or you can get a new pass from VX, pricewise between £20-60.
Assuming HU is the one that came with car from factory

Is it possible to change the code on these
I have two units one is original to the car but was broken but is now sorted and the spare is a good unit but obviously has a different code (which doesnt match the car) although I do have the code for it Just wondering if it could be coded to the same

If you`ve got the codes for the 2 HU`s, just disable both

Yes, we can certainly reprogram the code numbers so that your paperwork ties up - just let us know what number you would like when sending teh radio over to us.
