I'll keep my thoughts on automatic car washes to myself... ;)

I use the Kozovans, mini valet £10, and then home for a good polish with Zymol

Given the hose pipe ban and current poor weather making home cleaning a nuisance I'd say this was very helpfull.

I don't like machine washes though, they tend to dull the finish, streaky, and they dont get in the tight corners. Wheels are poor too usually. But for 50p... :y

And they miss a big bit under the rear spoiler (on the estate)..

Oh and it snapped my aerial off, but that was my own fault ;D

Job done. :y

Thanks to the "merchant banker" in front of me who decided the car wash would be a great place to park while he did his weekly shop in the attached M&S. >:(

Anyone want to take a wild stab in the dark guess at the brand of car? No, too easy, really. ::)

You ought to have bought half a dozen for 50p and put it on a repeated cycle.

It did until I managed to cross thread it going into the base .. and then couldn't get it back out again. It's out now, mind, but it came out with the aid of a very large pair of pliers, and took the bit it screws into with it! Ahem.

Aerials really do have tiny, flimsy threads.

I should probably just not be so damn lazy and wash it myself, but.. ;D Still, new base is on the way now.
