Hi Guys,

Didnt even chew up a whole set of tyres on Monday's 3 sessions , there's a first !
Enjoy !

Excellent. What spec? :y
-
2.5V6 CDX unadulterated original internal leather trim ;D, engine optimally tuned to 192bhp . Fast revving with unusually Flat torque curve from 2500-6750 :y. Perfect for towing a caravan while donning a flat cap ;). Or even better for holding off basic GTRs on a tight track. ;D. Turbos let the GTRs down !

I enjoyed that, though he got past you..... :D :D

I saw you going round :y Was up there Monday, good day out. You did quite well to be honest ;D

I had to let off the throttle and let the guy past , he was courteous but was also clearly going for the kamikaze corner and the Mig with all its cdx trim is too heavy an old girl to risk chucking her in there at that rate on the negative camber. Nevertheless feels much safer than public roads at normal speed :D
The mig will hopefully be back on the track next year, same place same time.
Changed her Cambelt, water pump and oil (Mobil 15W50 race) the day before the track sessions on Monday, and the belt and pump which were both 40000 miles old had no visible deterioration. Still better safe than sorry with the timing belt arrangement when running it at approx 6000rpm for 3 lots of 15 minutes :-[ :y
