Title: Rear head restraint won't stay up

In my estate my offside head restraint won't stay up and the spring forces it to a 90 degree angle.  Its been like this since I owned the car (8 years!), but I suddenly wondered if any of you geniuses knew how to fix it.
So far we have used a piece of string from the dog guard to hold it up.

One imagines it'll be a worn clip - no idea on replacement, I must admit.
