Title: dvla help with finding old owners

i thought you could pay dvla to find out the names and address of old owners of your car but i cant find it on there site.so am i missing it or have they stopped that now?

I did this when I was building the history file ofr the LC. It takes them quite awhile to get back to you and all the names and address are blanked out
