Title: oil in boost pipes

hello every one i have a 2.2 dti and is it normal to have oil like really black oil in the boost pipes and the intercooler, if not what can i do about it

Also i drive a 1.9cdti zafira and my god the boost on that puts you back in the seat, also my car has done 133252 miles if that makes any difference, my feeling is that the turbo is oppsed

Clean it all out (Common-ish problem).

If you take off the inlet manifold and the swirl flap assembly, clean and degrease it then reassemble with new gaskets you might find that the boost improves. Check the swirl flaps carefully when you have it removed.

Thanks for the advice bud i will do that and you wouldnt happen to have a walk through on doing this as its my first dti and have no idea about what gasgets and what not to get and what im looking for, also the roker cover breather goes to the turbo i was thinking would it be a good idea to fit a catch tank?
