Title: Replacement battery tray in key
Post by: andygrumpyoldman on 20 May 2012, 17:54:59
Hi, the spare key I got with my Miggy has had the battery tray ripped out.
If I buy a key off Ebay is it easy enough to take the tray out and re solder it into mine?
I thought I would be able to re code the new key but I have been reading up earlier posts and sounds like a mare

Just need tech2 pal to code it, and the carpass.
Consider Martin Imber too as he should be able to fix it for you. He's not on the forum much anymore but he has a website.  :y

It's quite fiddly to resolder the battery holder but I have managed to do a couple.  :y
