Title: Brooklands Museum plus Mercedes Benz world

I need to get some faulty garden lights sorted out and cannot be arsed doing it myself - just so happens the supplier is at Brooklands Weybridge so have an excuse for full day out.

Brilliant day out - if you can justify spending the money on one of the AMG driving courses, go for it too - I had an hour hooning about in a CLK63... :y

It is a good day out....I sat in the cockpit of the VC10...I also have a framed picture of that aircraft landing at Brooklands ....Concorde experience great too. :y

It was a pretty full day out even before the buses turned up. :y A great reminder of all the things we used to be able to achieve in a range of different disciplines, but haven't got a cat in hell's chance now. :(

It says a lot about how we've "progressed" that half of the site is now a Tesco, and the other half the offices of a German car manufacturer.
