Title: How much should I offer
Post by: mantahatch on 06 April 2008, 16:00:28
Hi
I want to be fair in how much I offer someone. There is a possibility of buying an Irmscher wood rim steering wheel for an Omega.

So big question is how much do I offer them.

Guy I know just bought one for just over the ton -- so I would guess £80 would be a good starting point

Well it does not look like he thought much of my offer, so it is now on ebay, I have bid for it but if anyone wants to bid against me feel free.

OK next question, has anyone got a good Irmscher wood rim wheel to sell me ?
To fit either my 96 or my mum's 99 Omega.
I will pay a fair price, and can pay by paypal or cheque or cash if someone is close enough.
Of course I should probably have put this in the parts section.

I have seen them on German ebay www.ebay.de but I suspect the exchange rate is not very favourable at the moment, and the awkward bank transfer fees can add to costs.
