Alot easier to do than you give him credit for >:( It is possible to do on a roundabout by simply braking sharply when some gimp cuts you up. Anyone who drives these will tell you the same...
Don't suppose that you've ever run wide around a bend without meaning to :-X

That is exactly what happened to me near Kettering, going round the roundabout above the dual carriageway (A14) and a car decided to cut across me to get off the exit I was just passing! Served to avoid him and ended up lifting the 2 rear axles of the ground drivers side :o
I turned the wheel hard left again to straighten the trailer out and managed to stop it toppling over..... I never cakked my pants so much as I did that day :-X

Ooughhhh... scary... :o

A loaded tanker is unstable all the time even more if its a drop tank in a frame, any tanker worth his salt knows this, but you get the odd knobhead in trucking whether you are hauling dry freight or a tank. mel.

...on it's side?!!
That driver done well to stop eh??
And why has nobody been seen running to help? Or even running away!!!!

i deliver shipping containers and they as unstable as tankers, due to fact that they can be loaded anyway by any moron who dont give a crap, the centre of gravity is so high on some that cornering can be terrible at even low speeds, i also used to do the recovery of vehicles that had toppled, some just blown over by the windy conditions
