Title: Severn Trent Customers OFWAT owe you £4

Since I think a lot of us are I have done a little digging.

OFWAT have fined Severn Trent just over £35 million. They have approximately 8 million customers, that is just over £4 per customer, who pays - us!

So send your invoice to OFWAT - their email address is on their contact page.

The army pay my water rates  ::)   Shame they dont pay for my gas and elec  :o
