hi can any one tell me why my rear blind dosent go all the way up

seriously .. normal problem is something jamming, or lack of use ..

Get some PTFE spray & clean & spray the runners, don't use oil....

Never heard of this in the 10+ years I have been breaking fixing cars...
It's also good around the house like for curtain rails etc....
