Title: Central Locking inop UGRENT!
Post by: roberts_1409 on 29 May 2012, 22:10:28
My fuse has just blown for the speedo/rev counter, radio and other bits and bobs, shorted out.
Happened before, but when I replaced the fuse everything worked again including central locking.
For some reason now, my central locking doesn't work. Can't find a separate fuse for it anywhere.
Any ideas why??
Going away so NEED it to work to lock my boot!
Thanks

I had to force a lock on a previous car to the point when I though the key would snap, it didn't, spray in some wd40 and be brave..... :y :y

Might give it a go, I'll get intouch with the old owner see if he ever used it. Was seized when I got it.
Only key I got :/
