Title: Flat battery.
Post by: Brikhead on 30 May 2012, 17:11:54
I've just broken down due to a flat battery.
I've swapped over batteries to get the car home and noticed no battery light illuminated on the dash.

Is there a fuse or relay to check before I take the dash out to check for a blown bulb?

thank's in advance,
Rich.

Cheers for the replies, Gents...

Alternator sounds toast.

Seems your right TB, I sort of knew it was but still took out the dash to check the bulb first! ;D

New(ish) alternator now fitted and battery light working as normal...
