Google them, well known. You can just ignore their threats, they try to scare you with photos of the car, then saying bailiffs will be out  ;D

Ignore them but it may be worth a chat with the/a manager of the establishment you were visiting. I did it with a McDonalds one and it was immediately dropped :y

Got a very similar T shirt. There's a thread of mine on here somewhere.

Bin any correspondence and pay it no further mind, effort or personal outlay.

Bunch of bottom feeders praying on the unwary, basically. No legal backup to thier claim what so ever.

Not sure of Reds particular case ...

But an apparent escalation to this general theme might be a certain car park in Bracknel. They have barriers, where a ticket is issued on entry, and same ticket is swallowed by the same machine on exit.
Unless the ticket is lost, where by a fee of £10 is charged to exit.  I think not!  >:(

Don't plead anything, don't enter into any correspondence with them.

i understand how you guys feel about tickets like these.. But ask yourselves this.. If landlords did not put up the appropiate signs and employ people like me to make sure the regs are adhered too... Most of the time you meet people who will take your advice on board but most of the time you meet the dregs of humanity who seem to think the disabled bays and p/t bays are there for there own personal use like the gym goers who just love to park as close to the gym as possible... i sometimes think they would park in the gym changing room if they could....there is 1 guy in particular who had a ticket issued last week by my colleaqgue who is no shrinking violet( 3 tours of  ulster and served in 2para) who was threatened by a gym goer in a merc because he parked in a disabled bay this said gentleman got right in the face of my friend who remained calm the entire time even when the said gym member threatend to run him over, this is not an unusal occurence though we are constantly being abused verbally and physically... i personally had to stop 2 suits from attacking a 75 yr old disabled driver who dared to ask them to move from the front of a store in a disabled bay.... So next time lads and lasses take a few seconds out and read the terms and conditions of the site, they are there for a reason... We may not be the council or police and you may think the tickets are invalid but more and more baliff companies are picking up on these tickets and buying them and chasing the debts up... trust me i got the same treatment when i was working store security for a large toy store and the manager forgot to pass on the staffs vehicle details... i finnally got it sorted but not after a long and lenghty process.... :y

Just another way of trying to make easy money from the gullible members of society. These companies have no official right to "fine" you, though they may try and make you think they do. All they're doing is sending you a notice for what they deem as a breach of contract. Effectively, a "ticket", (or more bluntly, a piece of paper deliberately designed to appear to be a parking ticket) from a private firm is an invoice for a set amount for overstaying your welcome on their land. Don`t ever enter into any form of correspondence with them. These companies can only enforce the charge by taking you to court and winning their case.
