Do you mean i should leave it turned on and wait till it finds its code andy  ???

Is this the procedure  :-[

Quote
ignition on
turn radio off
switch on radio - keep CD button pressedtill you hear a confirmation beep
display should show ''CD-CODE'' for 3 secs
then CDC code and the number of remaining attempts eg ''----<10>''
enter CD code via key pad
confirm OK by pressing large multi-functional control button

A bit of investigation work , seems someone thought it was a good idea to scrawl through the number to hide the cd code  >:( just managed to make out the code . All up and running now , i take it if i had no code i would have to take it vx  :y
