we got rain here.. and I was going to use miggy tomorrow.. its dirty now.. :(

Same here, bought a BBQ and stocked up on chicken. Still, theres next summer to look forward to.

Piddled it down all afternoon. Clear(ish) sky & sunset at the mo
Expected to poor it down tomorrow and i'm fitting windows >:(

I was lucky it didnt rain on saturday and sunday.. I tried to paint home door with epoxy and later car paint and laquer..
its perfect now.. :)

;D That will last for years and a good way to use up any old paint , i just topped up the plants with more compost as yesterdays rain washed a lot of it away :(

Had rain on and off for the last week. Last week was lovely, as was the week before. Now it's just horrible again. Summers long gone I think.

plus I developed my painting skills.. ;D 3 layers of epoxy +sanding , 3 layers of metallic/directional white paint (stop a minute clean the flow and re-paint again ) and then laquer 3 layers .. And to my surprise nearly no dust on it.. I could paint a car ;D

Nah it always rains in wales ;D Hoofing it down here , no need to water the plants but may need to fire the old boiler up :-\

Lashing down this morning. M3 was dire to the south coast. An hour or so of sun and high wind, now high wind and cloud.
Spray and visibility on motorways was appalling. Aquaplaning all over the place.

Windy, Wet and Cold here in Nottingham. Central heating on, SWMBO changed the winter duvet for the summer 4.5 tog and sent the winter one to the dry cleaners so last night I put a couple of blankets on the bed. ;)
Never mind soon be Christmas ;D ;D

Garden now a boating lake, waders needed to reach the shed! Oh & the Gazebo went tits up yesterday 'cos I forgot to anchor it down! Roll on Christmas!!! ;D ;)

Slugs have been out in the rain over night and bitten all the heads off newly planted shrubs ...fekas >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( going to put pepper down , see how they like that :P

Just make 'em sneeze, a good dose of salt will make 'em squirm, that's if the rain don't wash it away ;D ;D
I use slug pellets never a problem with the little bleeders :y
