http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Vauxhall-Omega-3-0-208BHP-Estate-Rear-Coil-Spring-07-94-07-00-/330634961764?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item4cfb612364
Seem bloody cheap to me though :-\
What do you lads think ?

One single spring no good to anyone. Always change springs in axle pairs.
Plus it's a continuos width wire. Omega ones taper at the ends.

Tbh, I was going to change both anyway chris ;)
I'm not quite that skint ;D ;D ;D
Would the taper be a problem ?

Although it does say 10 available. Missed that. ;D
Why not check? http://www.kyb-europe.com/catalogue.asp
They are/should be progressive rate spring. Single width wire will not give a progressive rising rate.(gets stiffer the more it's compressed)

Tbh, I could do with them a little bit stiffer because of the gas tank and the amout of weight I carry in the back :)
I'll have a look in the morning though :y
Cheers Chris :)

According to the ebay advert, they should be tapered at both ends.
They should be here thursday or friday

Looking good :y
Thanks Chris :-*

Right, the springs have turned up.
They have come in a KYB K-flex box and are marked up as RX5416's on the box and printed on the spring.
Thing is, they are straight cut springs with NO tapered ends :-\
Are these ok to fit or is it yet another f*ck up ?

Bionic has a post you may find interesting, see here:-

I know the heavy duty ones are not tapered, but the standard ones look like they are the same.
RX5416 seem to be the correct ones, for every engine size.
