So far have stripped off exhaust manifold, cat section downpipe, inlet manifold just enough so as to get head apart and i think ive sort of worked out timing position for cams and crankshaft for my 2.2 z22xe.All the hoses to oil cooler and thermostat are released but is there anything at the back of the cylinder head block apart from the main wires that must be undone.I take it the notch on the crankshaft pulley is lined up with that spike on the oil pump housing with cams locked in at 12 oclock to camshaft marks. Many thanks, as i would love to get some pics on here when all the works done, its such a wicked motor but dam ive had to do a lot on it.

Well I don't have 2.2 experience, but based on 2.0, and from 3-year-old memory:
Coolant hose to driver's side of the 'lump' on the back end of the head.
Wiring to EGR, coolant temperature sensors, purge valve and DIS/Coilpack
Vac pipes to purge valve
