Title: Sticky Door Seals

As above my passenger rear door if not used for a while becomes really stuck and needs a good pull to open the door .
Whats the best stuff to put on the door rubbers to stop it sticking ?
Have heard about Vasaline but just checking first  :y

soap and warm water on a cloth should do the trick :y

Some kind of silicon spray will do it.  :y
