Title: elite interior mirror

anybody know the best way to refit the interior mirror lol just tried the loctite stuff but that was a waste of time as mirror is too heavy

ok plenty of people have fitted the auto dim mirror but not one says how they fixed it to the screen somebody must know how this is done lol

Do you mean the actual mirror mount bonded to the screen :-\

yes mate the who;e thing has come off the screen and needs refitting

Strange....My Elite mirror isn't bonded...it seems to clip on !

have just tried some of that the mirror is too heavy for it or can i remove the mount from the mirror have had a look but cant see anyway

Mirror slides off the mount (tight fit)

will get it now and have another look i couldnt find a way to seperate them though

When mirror is in situ (on screen) you push it towards bottom of screen to slide off the mount HTH

cheers rob managed to get it seperated now had to prise it apart as it was stuck just waiting for glue to set now so can put mirror back
