I watched as much as I could stomach of this. there was one hilarious moment, which I recount below (forgive me if I do not get the actual quotes verbatim):
PAXO: So who here would want a referendum?
[Most hands show, but one doesn't)
PAXO: You, Sir. You did not raise your hand. You do not want a referendum?
SILLY OLD DUFFER: We've already had one in 1975 and it was passed by 3 million to 1 million.
NIGEL FARAGE: I'm 48 and I didn't vote!
SILLY OLD DUFFER: So you couldn't be bothered to vote?
NIGEL FARAGE: I was 11.
SILLY OLD DUFFER: Oh.
