Title: car tax

Just been admiring a 2.2 cd mig and noticed road tax was NIL on a Y reg how can this be? http://images.omegaowners.com/forum/smf2000/Smileys/oofstd/huh.gif

aye, most likely, one of ours was disabled class till recently.
person entitled does not have to be in the car, but the trip should be for their benefit :y
and remember, not all disabilities are obvious to the observer :y
