The guide is brilliant, easy enough job if you take your time. If you have spare wishbones you can do it in stages. You DO mean Poly bushes?

Yes poly bushes, the only bit I am not 100% is obviously new bolts but the torques setting and how to apply in air or on ground, once thats sussed will be ok

With polys, it matters not if you do it in air or on ground :)

As TB says, no need for the wheels to be on the ground, as the Poly bush is allowed to revolve at will.  I presume you are following Razzo's guide? (http://www.omegaowners.com/forum/index.php?topic=90676.0)  :y

Torque settings are :-

"The bolts should be tightened to 120nm, then angle tightened a further 30 degrees, then a further 15 degrees"

All in chrisgixer's guide.  http://www.omegaowners.com/forum/index.php?topic=90658.0 :y
