Hi
When my alarm would go off in the early hours, I found out that the cause was the switch under the bonnet not quite touching the bonnet when closed, so the car though someone was trying to open the bonnet. I put a small piece of stick in the gap of the bracket which the switch is fixed to so that it is lifted up slightly. Touch wood the alarm hasn't gone off since.
Hope this helps.

to test whether or not it is bonnet switch just unplug it, if alarm doesnt wake neighbours or yourself anymore you have found the culprit :y
