Hey guys
The good news I posted "another year for us"seems a bit premature.pulled up at work today and a whisp of smoke came from grille opened bonnet and all seemed ok except the fact that the rad hoses were rock solid released exp cap slightly all water in header went into into block when presrsure gone.gauge not up in red I reckon hg gone do you guys concur cheers ian  :'(  :'(

Replace exp cap they can cause that problem   :D

Could be HG. Any steam from the exhaust ?

no steam from exhaust but noticed top hose to rad got hot while the bottom hose only got warm this when i got back today . im thnking thermastat or blockage in the rad going to do full flush out and new thermastat
