Title: Exhaust Emission Light

I have a 2001 2.6 V6 CD estate, petrol. When I started the car earlier, the Exhaust Emission light started flashing , and then stayed
on. I was wondering if anyone on here, might know what this could be or will I have to take it to a dealer?

thats the worst thing you can do... :y you need to get codes :y pedal trick

Yup, do the pedal trick and see what codes you get back  :y

Don't be surprised if you get codes 0420 and 0430.  :y
