I am not a biker and was about to complain till I saw the pics of the 900SS :y
When I win the lottery and start my car collection I would love one or 5 bikes in the collection, 2 bikes I allways liked were the CBX1000/1100 and Z1300 both six potters, I have also seen a 6 into 1 CBX1000 turbo, it actually got the front end off the ground pulling a wheelie till the rear wheel started to spin. Not every one choice bikes, also liked the KH 250/400, Z900. Suppose the list could get longer and longer if I did actually win the lottery.

think u should start a thread....dream garages 10 bikes 10 cars :y

Nice collection of bikes there. :y
Having grown up around Thruxton Vellocettes and Venoms (my mates dad restores them) I find myself drawn to the cafe racer Triumph. As much as I love superbikes, I respect retro as well. :y
Mr Skrunts bike choices take me back a bit. The KH's and Z's were the bikes of my era.

Now that's the way to keep a classic. IMO.
Nice work Rob. Nice work indeed. :)

Whenever I watch the bike racing on tv, it always amazes me that when cornering they manage to stay on the track. There seems so little rubber actually connected to the tarmac :o

:y Love the Triumph, classic cafe racer style

Should be called a Bladestorm really, as the front end originated from a Fireblade when the original forks were bent on an off at Snetterton.

Being classic car mad i'm loving the Triumph, bring it to a meet! At nearly 50 years young i wish i'd taken my bike test at 17 but a KH250 seemed a world away from a Fizzie in 1980 so i never did. I'd like to take the test but it's like a uni degree nowadays, HGV was bad enough. Last bike was a 600 Bandit, not that quick but i was happy with it. I prefer naked bikes to sports...i'm only an average rider!!!!
If i can find somewhere that can combine EVERYTHING involved from CBT to practical all in one pre booked group then i may consider it. Otherwise it's just too much of a faff arranging it all.
If ever i did get legal it'd be an XJ1300 for me, my sort of bike. Great pics, Guy. 8) :y

The Triumph was bought new in 2006, with the modifications commencing almost immediately making it look like a late 1950s cafe racer. Its rather quick now with almost 90bhp at the rear wheel (stock was about 52bhp), good enough to run mid-12 second quarter mile sprints at North Weald at over 111mph.

This thread is useless without tits! ;D
