Title: VIC check interesting figures
Post by: omegod on 02 August 2012, 21:48:06
The VIC ( vehicle identity check ) system is being reviewed to see if it is fit for purpose. They have checked 717,000( 0ut of 2 million cat C's, where are the rest??)  vehicles since it's inception at a cost to the public of over £30,000,000.

How many ringers do you think they have found in 9 years?????????

Don't understand why it should cost the taxpayer anything :-\ you have to pay to have the car checked, so it should at least cover itself surely :-\

Hopefully all those missing cars have been scrapped or are awaiting repair :-\ they only get checked once they're being put back on the road :y
