One of the managers at my work has a rather beautiful XF, and in the front window, he has a tax disc sized sticker for the Jaguar XF Forum. I had a think about this, and maybe we could have these sort of stickers for OOF, here is a picture of the sticker, so maybe we could have an OOF version??????
Input anyone?

ahh thats a shame, well if there is anyone willing to design one and have it printed, i will sure be buying a few :y

The trouble with the tax disc holders is the initial cost, and a minimum quantity of 250 (IIRC) to keep the cost anywhere near sensible.
Thus, there are currently no plans to produce a 2nd batch :'(

'fraid not. Yet.
TBH, probably not the demand for the required minimum order, even if we could find a supplier who's print doesn't fade so quickly.
We had our fingers burnt with the tax disc holders - although we sold them all in the end, it took a while, and several hundred quid is a very big dent in OOF coffers, and we can't keep asking the Admins to 'loan'.
Not sure if its the recession hurting OOFers, or the limited 'core' membership, or the fact its such a cheap, bargain basement throwaway car now, but sales across all items has plummeted.
So we are rightly wary of large minimum orders.

I have a friend (actually, a few of them!) who are in the merchandise industry and run their own businesses so might be able to get a decent price if you wanted to be put in touch?
I know Mrs TB does a grand job on embroidery (which is a big chunk of any merchandising business) but I'm sure they would do me/us a deal on anything :y
As for fading print on mugs... You're pretty much stuffed on that if you want to put them in the dishwasher ;)

Given the number of regular members, and then of those that would be interested will likely have bought one already, i can't see a minimum order being shifted either. As always it comes down to finances.

just had a browse.....shop could prob do with a bit of a tidy up of old products...
Maybe a different idea of stocking little useful bits like key switches and central locking switches could be an idea....things 'someone' needs to buy in a reasonable quantity to avoid too much postal charges, and could be sent out 2/3 at a time...much easier than joe public trying to order 2 from RS etc

Shop should be tidy, only showing things we have or intend to restock on, except maybe camcover gaskets, as andyc can supply to members at a very good price.
Mostly the shop has been for 'unique' items. But your idea is worthy of consideration :y
