Title: Some ''word i'm not going to use'' has just got in to the back of the car

.......... mum was shopping and came back to a gret big scrape down the back bumper. no oppsing details left.  >:( >:( >:( >:(

so. anyone got a F/L Star Silver rear bumper?  :'(

no. was thinking bit worse.

anyway, i'm tempted to get the reg. plate from sainsburys and then destroy the life of the person who did it. but i shall prob just suck it up and get a new bumper

Don't you just hate that >:( bumper easy enough to change, silver readily available :y

When you put your wanted add up, don't forget the paintcode as well :y There's more than one shade of Star Silver. On the drivers door post there's a black label with lots of codes written on it, the one you want is

'Z 0...'  :y

yeah i've changed the bumper before so thats no probs. yep forgot about the code. cheers TA  :y

Bad time to be owning Omegas. This is the 3rd to be rear ended. Any pics?

i dont know rob.... the shape is not affected just the paint but i wouldnt do it myself. you reckon that wud be expemsive at a spray shop?

Second hand bumper should be cheaper than a spray shop.Might depend on delivery charges though. ;)

The guy I use charges me £50 for a bumper respray, in whatever colour I want if it's not fitted to a vehicle, or matches it in perfectly to the vehicle it's fitted to.
I know I'm a way from you Webby, so not sure if anything can be sorted for you?

Thanks Josh. i'm going to get a quote from the guy that did my wheel arch. stupid really as i instantly just thought ''get a new bumper'' lol

if not i can certainly get to oxford but ill see what happens first. thanks mate  :y

Pop a half decent one on the car, get the damaged one fixed at leisure,  then you've a spare one ready for next time :y

Only paint damage mate - flat it out and prime and spray with rattle cans  :y
