Havn't been there before, anybody got any advice on what to look for, seem's that entry is free but car parking is £10 not to bad that.

I went a few years ago, quite a sight when all those balloons take to the air :y

Quite fancied going to this event ourselves, but unfortunately, I'm booked to work next weekend. :(
Doesn't appear to be any on-site camping (according to their website), though we'd have probably stayed at the Caravan Club site at nearby Baltic Wharf. Ashton Gate's easily accessible from there.
Enjoy and report back Alfie! ;)

Hi Seth,my mates been there before so he knows a farm just 2 miles away that will let us camp for the grand sum of £7 a night.
Ain't it great when something go's right for a change.

Hi all, just a update on what was a great long weekend at the fiesta,it really is a fantasic show, and if you take the kids take plenty of cash(HUGE FAIRGROUND).
Yes the local cider was superb, and the sun shined for 3 days, the only downside was the police loves to divert the traffic without any thought about where you want to go,as long as everyone as left Ashton Court. It's a nightmare at the end of the show, just to get out of the car parks.
But all in all a Great show, and brilliant weekend away in the van.

Sounds great Alfie, wish I could have seen that, I remember seeing them when I was driving home on the M4 one year, absolutely spectacular :y

Hi Johnny,it's really worth the effort,we stayed at Gatcombe Farm, just the other side of Long Ashton.Left the show early on friday to grab some food and drink outside the van,and 88 balloons flew right over us,we must have had the best seats in the show.
