Title: police vehicles ?

Spotted these 2 blacked out estate cars with blues flashing
I suppose they must be police vehicles

could be i guess...could also be border agency

They were using black Audi A4's last year and a few Range Rover this year but i am not going to say who was in them, and the UKBA are taking on another 500 at the moment.
