Title: gearbox indicator lights

Hi can anyone throw a light on the problem im having.My car is the 2.6 elite estate 2003.all the lights on the auto box indicators are on at the same time,i get traction control on dash and a very rough engine only on initial acceleration.Any advice would be welcome.Cheers.
