3.2 V6
I am running Stag 300, with dual output KME gold and fast flow Magic Jet injectors. Pulls to the red line with no issues at all.
Since converting to manual, I am noticing that at idle, it's revving to high. It will often just sit at 1500 to 2000 rpm in neutral.
If you switch to petrol, after a short while it doesn't do it at all, at any time. On gas - it does.
I've been through and checked there are absolutely no air leaks.
The pressure is 1.05 bar and nozzle size is 2.5mm. Fuel maps ok.
Any advice would be much appreciated!
I also get fuel trim bank 2 code quite a lot.
I suspect this has always been a problem, but wasn't really noticible with the auto transmission, which would have just swallowed up those revs.
Any suggestions? :y

Cant think of any reason for it to do it on LPG and not on petrol... After all, it's the petrol ecu that's controlling it :-\ :-\
Have you done a full calibration since converting to manual? ???

What are the trims doing at idle on LPG (may need to watch them for 15mins or so).
Suspect the map is out at idle

My 3.2 LPG Manual (although never was an Auto) did something similar a few months back, pulled off the Motorway from a long run and noticed it was idling high about 1300rpm but was fine on petrol, did a few times over the next day or so after a longish run.
I dissed the battery over night and run of petrol for a day or so, its been fine on LPG ever since (apart from another recent problem which is not related), so might be worth a shot give the main ECU a reset with battery off.

I have seen manual DBW cars do this when the MAF is out, so I would agree that a mixture issue might also do it. As said, fuel trims would be interesting.

Is 2.5 nozzle size not too big, btw?

Don't know with those Magic injectors ;)

Yep all calibrated etc. Lines overlay each other perfectly.
Didn't start calibration, or gather the petrol curve, until it had run on petrol for 500 miles and trims were solid.. I then mapped it.
Took minimal adjustments..

Check codes and trims then... Pay attention to the trims at idle on both fuels.
Does it do it all the time or only occasionally? Under what circumstances/Can you replicate it?

Might also be worth checking the MAF output at hot idle, everything turned off. typically 12Kg/h or so.
