Title: 2.5 V6 thrown spark plug out!?

Hi all,

Omega threw a spark plug out of a middle cylinder today, screwed it back in with the AA, then popped back out again.

The spark plug in there had actually lost its middle section with the contacts? Slightly concerning!!!

Has anyone experienced this? Taken it to a garage which apparently is going to fit a heli coil?

Whilst not common, you are not the first.

Helicoil or other insert should sort it
