Hey guys new guy here from ireland just got a 02 2.2 CD DTI Omega 160k. I swapped my B4 Subaru Legacy for it the big shock was going from 21MPG to around 47MPG  ;D :D. What sort of common faults do i need to worry about with the 2.2 DTI engine thanks

How do & welcome :y :y

Diesel injector seals & fuel pumps are the weak spots. If you're planning on keeping it for a long time, add 300ml of 2 stroke oil to every fill up of fuel. This lubricates the pump internals & helps it last longer :y The problem with new diesel is that it's low in sulphur, the sulpher is the pumps lubricant.
