As title,anyone know the output of standard Omega HID headlights please ?

Could be 45 or 4500000000000000000000000, I wouldnt know. :D ;D

As RobG says, factory ones are 4300k.  Anywhere up to 5000k is OK, beyond that, they become noticibly less effective.

I should really get some new bulbs for the Elite. Current ones are kak, original I think

They do degrade over time, but both my Omegas are on original bulbs ::)
