Title: Think it is difficult to get things done in Britain?

This really is what it is like in Spain!!

They won't even do a photo copy on their machine if you neglected to bring a copy of something(you have to lose your place in the queue and go outside and pay for a copy). Oh , and no free info sheet explaining what you have to do. And you have to pay about 20 pence to buy the form you fill in.

I also had a period of time when thought I lived in shitest place all over the world untill I got to China and Iraq where impossible to organise anything without some thousands of  dollars...or I could mention the neighbour Ukraine where the situ is almost the same but u need a bit less money just some hundreds...
